Medicine Chest gets close 4-3 victory over Kilrich in the Oldtimers Hockey League

Three second period goals, including one in the last 10 minutes of the game helped Medicine Chest edge Kilrich in the Oldtimers Hockey League on Thursday.

Medicine Chest 4, Kilrich 3
Ken Vickerman led the way in goals for Medicine Chest, scoring two, while Tom Ullyett also played very well, recording one goal and one assist in the victory.
Gary Boyd scored the team’s remaining goal, while Chris McNutt and Mark Pike each finished with one assist.
Laurie Malo played very well for Kilrich, scoring one goal and adding one assist.
Other goal scorers on the team included Tim Turner-Davis and Bruce Demchuck.
Wayne Crowe contributed two assists, while Jeff Jensen, Woody Bennett and Dean Hassard each added one assist in the loss.


Performance Centre Turbos 5, Klondyke Dental Molars 5
Glen Heinbigner played incredibly for the Turbos, scoring two goal and adding two assists, while Lance Bevilacqua also played very well, finishing with two goals in the tie.
Paul Sahagian scored the team’s remaining goal, while Bob Allison and Bob Candow each contributed two assists.
Ross Phillips led the way for the Dental Molars, scoring two goals and adding two assists, while Jim Baker finished with one goal and one assist.
Other goal scorers on the team included Guy Morgan and Joel White.


Yukon Inn 6, Edgewater Hotel 5
Dallas Yeulet scored the most goals for Yukon Inn on Wednesday with two in total.
Tom Corcocan and Charles Brodhaen also played very well, each scoring once and adding three assists.
Other goal scorers on the team included Bernie Adilman and Dave White.
Sean McAskie scored an impressive two goals for Edgewater, while Dave Milne, Glen Mills and Sean McLeish each scored once.

Firth Rangers 5, AON Flames 3
John Skilnyk contributed two goals and added one assist in the Rangers’ victory, while Joel Witten also played a great game, scoring once and adding three assists.
Ernie Jamieson finished with one goal and one assist, while Bruce Williams scored once.
The goal scorers for the Flames were Bill Bohmer, Jim Giczi and Pat Campbell.
Other notables included Dean Faragher, Al Koehl and John Periera, who each contributed one assist.
