LEARNING TECHNIQUE – Andy Thomson teaches a student the proper form for kneeing Wednesday afternoon at Muai Thai practice at Peak Fitness. Thomson is in from Thailand this week to promote Maui Thai and to teach the authentic form for the first ever Muai Thai seminar.
