The Yukon Chamber of Mines would like to clarify a misconception stated in the Friday, July 11 edition of the Yukon News regarding proposed changes by the Yukon territorial government to the Miners' Lein Act.
I look at our flag - it has a dog on it. Why? Is it to symbolize what? That we allow dogs to live here?
This is a crime against life as we know it. A crime against "biodiversity".
