All finals took place Sunday at Takhini Arena.
Tim Hortons won the A division final 3-1 over Whitehorse rival TNT.
Rob Green, Gerry Rivest and Blayne Monahan each scored in the victory, while goalie Matt King allowed only a single goal to TNT’s Duncan Harwood.
Dease Lake downed Carmacks 5-2 to win the B division final.
Brandon Moffat and Brent Cook each sniped a pair of goals for Dease Lake alongside a single from Mike Hamhuis.
Mike Sage and Andrew Smith responded for Carmacks, slipping pucks past Dease Lake goalie Joe Waite.
Dease Lake is a small community in northern B.C., located along the Stewart-Cassiar Highway.
Meanwhile, the Whitehorse Gold Puckers won the C division final, edging the Watson Lake Silvertips 3-2 thanks to a pair of goals from centre Derick Bilodeau.
Marty O’Hagan also beat flamboyant Watson Lake goalie Troy Schmidt, while Joe Thomas and Scott Allen found mesh for the Silvertips in the loss.
Tournament organizer Bernie Adilman congratulated all division winners before expressing thanks to supporters of old-timer hockey.
“I just want to thank all the volunteers who made the weekend a success, and a special thank-you to all of our sponsors, both in our regular season and for this tournament,” Adilman told the Star.
Tournament play opened Friday night and ended Sunday afternoon with 12 teams playing in three divisions – named after longtime old-timer hockey players.
Four local tournament teams were assembled alongside four teams from the Whitehorse Oldtimer Hockey League and four community clubs from Carmacks, Dawson City, Dease Lake and Watson Lake.
