Lindsay Dawn scored a hat trick in her club's 5-0 win over the Ms Conducts.
Three Whitehorse women's hockey teams strung together spectacular performances at the Calgary Women's Spring Hockey Tournament last weekend.
The Yukon Sour Toes won the Recreational Division, while Yukon Gold (B Division) and the Slimy Sculpins (Beginner Division) both finished second.
All three Yukon teams entered their divisional championship games with undefeated records, but only the Sour Toes were able to close out their tournament with a final W.
They defeated the Medicine Hat Mother Puckers 6-1 in the final thanks to a strong third period. Brianne Warner was named MVP.
The club beat its first two opponents from southern Alberta by scores of 12-2 and 10-0, before beating the Mother Puckers 2-1 in their final round robin game.
In the B Division, Yukon Gold won their first three games by scores of 3-2, 5-0 and 4-2, thanks to standout performances by Vanessa Bogaert, Hannah Woodwalker, Stephanie Hedley and goalie Stacey Bowden.

Despite beating the Edmonton Hellions 4-2 in the round robin, the club was unable to repeat its success in the championship game, dropping the final 3-1.
Bogaert scored the lone goal in the loss.
Meanwhile, the Slimy Sculpins won a series of close games by scores of 3-2, 2-1 and 2-0, before dropping the final 2-1 to the Hay River Hazards. Jessica Nadeau scored the lone goal in the final.
Team captain Chris Blodgett led the way offensively during the tournament, scoring four goals. Tyya Wilkenson earned one shutout between the pipes for the Sculpins.
At 6:30 tonight, North Star Mini Storage Grey Matter and White Storm will face off at the Canada Games Centre for the Whitehorse women's hockey league championship.

As I mentioned in an interview I was not the team captain of the Slimy Sculpins. Our Captain was Kirsti Muller
