Dog powering into the new year – DPSAY holds first race of the season

The Dog Powered Sports Association of the Yukon held their first race of the season Dec. 31.

The Dog Powered Sports Association of the Yukon held their first race of the season Dec. 31.

There were 26 participants.

They took part in the disciplines of mushing, kicksledding, skijoring, bikejoring, and canicross (runner and dog/s).

The next race is the Mendenhall Meander on Jan. 14.
