Newcomer Devon Slade continued his torrid early-season scoring pace with four goals in Firth’s 6-4 win over Kilrich in Whitehorse Oldtimers hockey action Sunday at Takhini Arena. Slade has seven goals in three games thus far. George Morgan and Jordan Borgford also scored in victory, while league points leader Chris Nash netted two for Kilrich, and Duane Purych and Ben Kielb added singles.

Darryl Cann shed his wide pads for the skinnier ones, and it paid dividends, as he poured in two for Tims. Josh Savill percolated a couple as well, and Dave Wipf got the other. Phil MacDonald replied for MC.
Air North 8 Titanium Storage 6
Ron Billingsley score two of his three goals in the final two minutes as the airmen survived a frantic Titanium comeback bid. Colin Nash was surgical with two goals, and single markers came off the blades of Mike Sage, Ron Cruikshank and George Maratos. Titanium was led by Scott Palfreyman’s trio, Kyle Rolling’s duo and Lance Bevilacqua’s solo.
