It’s with heavy hearts that the family of Jean Margaret Grant announce her untimely passing on January 28th, 2023 at 2:00 AM.
She was a light in this world, and now we need to continue her shining light by carrying it within us in our own lives.
A celebration of life will be in the near future.

I have fond and vivid memories of meeting Jean in in the summer of 1980 with Frank LaCoss way out at our wilderness cabin. I was eight years old. They stayed down the shoreline about five days and she offered to teach me the basics of beading on leather and I still have the piece I did with her. We really liked both of them and I found her to be radiant quite like in this picture. In all the years of us living here, I never saw her again once.
