On Monday, September 12, 2022, Cameron William MacPherson passed away at the age of 76. Born to Kathleen Smith and Jack MacPherson in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Cameron served in the Canadian Army Reserve at the age of 15 before joining the Canadian Army at age 17, where he served for several years.
Cameron lived in many places within Canada including Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and most recently Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. In recent years, Cameron spoke of his enjoyment of fishing and hunting, and remembered his mother and grandmother fondly.
The burial will take place on Friday, September 16 at 2:00 pm at Grey Mountain Cemetery in Whitehorse, Yukon.

I was shocked to hear of your passing my dear Cam. I knew you since the age of 18. You loved us Naija, Tahnee and Rayna unconditionally. You were so generous and caring and compassionate. You were as smart as a lawyer. You taught me so much. I remember when we watched jeopardy every Monday thru Friday. Goodness, you answered all the questions and I would stare at you like you were an alien hahaha! I couldn't believe how intelligent you were. Politics, OMG you knew everything. I will always remember the good times we had. You came to all of our doctor appointments, you did everything with us. You spoke on my behalf because my english was broken and you would use $20 words. You always got my point across for me. We laughed alot...so much! The fond memories I have will remain in my heart until we meet again. We will forever love you. Rest in paradise my dear XOX
