Fridays for Future is a youth-led and organized movement that began in August 2018.
That occurred after 15-year-old Greta Thunberg and other young activists sat in front of the Swedish parliament every school day for three weeks to protest against the lack of action on the climate crisis.
Friday’s global climate strike will call for wealth distribution to the communities most impacted by climate change, organizers said.

Google has many scholarly articles and applications. Many who comment in these forums have articulable knowledge on the subjects they discuss. Many more are educated in research and methodology and can determine whether the information cited has credibility and standing in the research literature.
None of this requires a particular level of intelligence but rather an aptitude for and interest in the subject matter discussed. The fact that people use pictures, type slowly, and provide articles and research to explain things to Liberals who literally make shyt up is provocative to Liberal minds.
Their confusion makes them susceptible to lashing out in frustration and anger… I don’t understand… That’s tardid!
Liberals are so use to making stuff up and going with it that it never occurs to them that knowledge has already been created and written down somewhere. Thinking is hard!

If the real topic is about getting a handle on climate change, why then is wealth redistribution an item for discussion? In some of the climate proposals being made in the USA, gender politics and similar social change proposals are being included in a omnibus fashion so all get equal support by the decisionmakers.

So today it was learned that ONE 3.5 gigawatt windmill arrived in Inuvik with a cost over run of 20 million bringing the total damage to 70 million. Also in news today a brave fellow is walking across the North to fundraise for anti poverty. And tomorrow we have ill advised kids marching around Whitehorse for the climate…..what a mess!

The air we breathe is 4/10,000 parts carbon. A hundred years ago it was 2.5 parts. Whether that increase is due to burning fossil fuels has not been determined. Teach kids to think, not what to think.

All of the world's top scientific institutions and actual climatologists disagree with what you are saying. It is absolutely happening and absolutely not normal.

I am someone “older” and I do acknowledge that there is an issue with our environment. I, do, however want to make 2 points:
The first point is that I see a tremendous level of hypocrisy from many of the young people who blame others for the “climate crisis”. The same young people fly outside to go to tournaments, for shopping, and to watch concerts. Their yards have multiple vehicles, motor homes, quads, boats, and sleds. It appears in many cases that young people take-up a cause without cleaning-up their own yards and changing their (and their family’s) own consumption behaviour.
The second point is that the planet simply has too many people, and consequently too much consumption. If the world had one billion less people, the amount of demand for fossil fuels (for example) would be significantly less. We should try to reduce consumption but also some consideration should be given to the birth rate.
Thank you for your consideration to my opinion.

"Clean energy" depends on massive rare earth mines run by Communist China that poison everything around them. Wind turbines require huge amounts of balsa wood that are deforesting the Amazon. Neither turbines nor solar panels are recycled when they go bad. They end up in landfills and become toxic waste.
Much of the clean garbage that we call ‘recycling’ also ends up in landfills. The difference between dirty garbage and clean garbage is that we send some of the clean garbage off to China or third world countries where it’s recycled under primitive conditions and then shipped back to us. That is until China cracked down on the toxic hazards of the recycling industry and began refusing much of our clean garbage which now goes into equally clean landfills. That’s the dirty reality behind the recycling triangle and the ads filled with cartoon disposable goods eager to be recycled into new products at the behest of willing children.
The nonsensical tenets of environmentalism are the aesthetic fetishes of the upper class. They represent a cultural sensibility, not a scientific one. Its vocabulary reeks of escapism from the realities of life, smart technology, clean energy, and information stored in the ‘cloud’.
The myth of clean is powered by an escape from reality. That escapism has a high price, not only in the billions wasted and lives ruined by environmentalist gimmicks, but the entire bloody history of the Left which is one long escape from reality into the tyranny of philosopher-kings.
The Left’s energy and its garbage are no cleaner than its ideology and its history.

There is no "Climate Emergency". A big part of the effort by government and the press to misinform the public about energy and climate, is the use of fake and/or meaningless weather statistics. Real world climate data proves the "emergency" is fake, and debunks the beliefs of the Climate Cult.

About time we tell young people the truth about climate change and how it occurs not saying it is carbon based which is false. Carbon is used by trees to create oxygen and nitrogen which 99% what in our atmosphere and animals need to live including humans.
