TOBY is a 9 1/2-year-old, medium-size, male border collie/Lab/heeler mix. He is quite sweet and enjoys being around people and playing, and loves pets! Toby is house trained and knows the basics of obedience but will need an owner willing to work with him on his leash training and socialization. He would benefit from an active household (an acreage would be good!). He would do well with children and, with proper introductions, other dogs and dog-saavy cats.
