RANGO, a two-year-old thick-coated, medium-sized male Akita mix, is available for adoption from a foster family, who says he is intelligent, loyal, loving, has a wonderful disposition and is calm most of the time. Rango knows the basics like sit, stay, lay down, and is working quickly to master more tricks. He loves to play, especially with his favourite stuffed woolly mammoth toy. He loves to be around people, but his new family should know he’ll need time and patience to work on his separation anxiety. With consistency and kindness, he’ll make a wonderful addition to a lucky family. An adventurous escape artist, he’ll need a very secure yard or pen.
