ELSA is a four-year-old female husky mix. This friendly sweetheart enjoys attention and pets and, as she is an energetic dog, would benefit from an active home – Elsa would make a great bikejor/skijoring partner! She is a medium-size dog and has a thick woolly undercoat that will need regular brushing. Elsa is housebroken, leash trained and good in vehicles. Although she is not crate-trained, she does well alone in a home or a fenced yard. Elsa has lived with cats before, so would do well with a dog-savvy cat and older children. Humane Society Yukon staff are still learning how she’d do with other dogs, but with proper introductions, she’d likely do well with a calm dog. She will, however, set boundaries.
