BILLI is a 3 1/2-year-old DSH. She is a very loving girl, and adores head scratches and wet food. Her love for treats will have to be managed, though. She is leash-trained and would love to go for a walk outside with you. She has a gentle temperament and is a mild-mannered cat until she gets playful.
