Jane Smith, director of client services at the Beaufort-Delta Health and Social Services Authority, was recently presented with the first Cadet Instructor Cadre (CIC) Branch Advisory Council Employer's Certificate of Appreciation for her support of employee Second Lt. Paul MacDonald.
