Kilrich continued its extraordinary unbeaten streak in oldtimer hockey last night, beating Yukon Inn 8-2.

Kilrich continued its extraordinary unbeaten streak in oldtimer hockey last night, beating Yukon Inn 8-2.

Dave White scored a hat trick, while Briar Young had two goals as Kilrich improved to 20-0-2 on the season at Takhini Arena.

Daryl Berube, Lorne Burnett and Kerry Pettitt also scored in the win, while Adam Green and Gord Kuchler lit the lamp for Yukon Inn.

In other action last night, the AON Flames employed a balanced offence to skate past Medicine Chest 5-1.

Gary McKellar and Mike Gau each had a goal and two assists in the victory, with Rick Smith, Martin O’Hagan and John Pereira adding singles.

Jeff O’Farrell had the lone goal for Medicine Chest in the loss.

In Rec B hockey action Tuesday, Yukon Inn Boiler Room spurned the Envirolube Oilers with a 5-3 win at Takhini Arena.

Shane Crowell sniped two goals and an assist to lead the way, while teammates Dave Galbraith (1G, 3A) and Kinden Kosick (1G, 2A) chipped in as well.

Lars Jessup rounded out the scoring for the Boiler Room, while Leroy Wolfe, Tony Grotelli and Andrew Gilbutowicz responded for the Oilers.

On Monday, Goody’s Gas hammered the KDFN NorthStars 10-2 thanks to a five-goal performance from Jarrett Peterson. Phil Urness added three goals and three assists.
