I would like to express my thanks to the editorial staff who decided to identify these criminals as I have advocated for some time. I was hoping for just those convicted, but including the ones who may get away with it is also appreciated.

So much pain and harm done by our culture of impaired driving. Our penalties are so light and the culture so accepted its been impossible for groups like MADD to put a stop to it.
Everyone has seen someone else, passing on the right on 2nd Ave while talking on a cell phone, almost hit a pedestrian, or knows someone who left a bar drunk and get in their truck..or someone else who hit a parked car in the Mall lot..everyone has seen something..but no one tells...and would it do any good? No. And that's why everyone accepts the culture, because reporting it is useless.
